TEHRAN -- Iran welcomes the investing by ECO members in Iran’s printing industry, which will result in its improvement, the Culture Deputy of the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohsen Parviz said.

Commenting on the press Festival, Parviz said that holding festivals in cities other than Tehran will introduce citizens of other towns to the technology that is used in metropolitan areas and several provinces, enabling other cities to prepare to host such events.
The 8th edition of the Iran Printing Festival was held in Qom on August 30.
The festival aimed to gather all people who are involved in the printing industry in Iran together to share information and techniques, he mentioned.
Entitled “Toward Quality,” the festival included contests in different fields of printing including printing products, articles published on printing, theses submitted on printing and the reading of books.
